These terms apply when you browse this website, place an order, or order and pay from your table using our QR codes. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Menu, prices and availability
- Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Menu items, prices and deals can change, and deal prices apply only during the days and times set by the restaurant.
- Items can sell out. If something you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know and it will not be charged.
- Photos are for illustration; dishes are prepared fresh and may look slightly different.
2. Placing an order
- An order is accepted once the restaurant confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or the order appears to be misuse — and you will not be charged for a cancelled order.
- Table QR orders can only be placed from inside the restaurant, which is why your location is checked when you send an order.
- Please enter a phone number you can be reached on. Any notes on an order (for example spice level) are requests we will do our best to follow.
3. Payment
- You can pay at the table in cash or by card with the cashier, or online with mada, Visa, Mastercard or STC Pay through our payment provider, Moyasar.
- The amount payable is the bill total calculated by our system. A payment is only complete once it is confirmed by the payment provider.
4. Allergies and dietary needs
- Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, fish and other allergens. If you have an allergy, please tell a staff member before ordering. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of allergens.
5. Using this website
- Please don't misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders, interfering with its operation or trying to access other customers' orders or bills.
- The website and its content belong to Farzan Pakistani Restaurant. Reviews shown on the site come from Google and belong to their authors.
6. Changes and governing law
- We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
